Woodside Manor Apartments

I stayed there 2 years and they changed management 3 times. My air went out every 2 months, and i would have to wait a month in between to have it fixed and my sink leaked every other week, till the point i started fixing it myself.The roofed leaked every time it rain. I was being considerate, because i knew it was new management coming into problems. SO i ended up moving and its been 2 months and i still haven't received my deposit or a returned call.

This is the most unprofessional property I have ever seen. The young girls in the office think everything is a joke. Nothing ever gets fixed unless you track a maintainance man down. I wake up on random days and the water is off for hours with no warning or notice. Security doesn't secure the property they just sit in the booth. The parking lot is like pothole city. If you just need somewhere to stay it's ok, but if you want comfort this is not the place.

Less than a Star. The property management don't care about the residents here cause they don't live here. trash can are spaced every 1/2 mile, driveway has pot holes that has caused front end problems, and the lack of respect for the tenants her is unbelievable. I've been her since 1998 and this is the worst this place has ever been. I wonder if they even do background checks. plus the roof leaks with every rain.

Its horrible here they don't come fix things when you call it in to the office but they want their rent money on time. i been here 5 months n Its been plenty of times I called about something that needed to be done. They are very unprofessional with the way that they handle things. They let me move in here with a broke stove, a broke shower head, and a dishwasher that's has black dirty water in it with a smell to set off this apartment along with other things that's wrong wit the apartment but when my lease is up I will NOT n I mean NOT sign another lease.

A waste of money and a waste of time the girls in there need to be fired tgey talk to you any kind of way they dont tell you what you need the 30 dollars you pay is just a waste because the said that they got in contact with my manager and she said she never recieved nothing the one with that shows you the apartments is the worst they dont do their job and when i walked in the one that showed me the apartment is in the office laid out sleep i dont reccomend no one to live here they hiring any body
