I love my place, it’s roach and mice free ! Which is worth 5 stars in my book, I wish I didn’t see the occasional bug, like centipedes,spiders, water bugs etc but other than that I rarely have an issue living here, and if I do it’s solved within a day because DERRICK IS AMAZING AS THE MAINTENANCE MAN HERE!!! 👏🏾 Also wish they had bigger rooms and storage but hey it’s home! Quiet for the most part, and you can leave your items out knowing they’ll still be there. Also would love more updated cabinets appliances and stove but grateful ! I live here and love it. I have the sweetest old neighbor I love her. It's a good feel here everyone is friendly & Becky the office manager is the absolute best! She is so sweet and very compassionate. Really cares and helps with whatever you need. I am so glad my family and I moved here. There's also a park for kids. Mine love being outside. Fair prices. Very happy we found polo greene and that Becky is office manager.

My experience living here so far is great! Place is clean outside areas. Everyone and leasing office is friendly nice playground. Leasing helps with all your needs in an efficient manner and also maintenance. Communication is awesome they go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home.

I am currently waiting to move in here both ladies in the leasing office have been super helpful and nice ! I am looking forward to this new journey for me and my boys 🩷

Easy lease renewal. Great maintenance guy “Derrick” so glad he came back! He surely is an asset to this place. Don’t lose him again! He fixes stuff quick! Now, if only there was a washer and dryer in the unit, Life would be so much easier here. Hint hint!
