My husband and I have been extremely impressed with the Byron Reed team at Integrity Mortgage. Shawn, Kyle and Byron were all extremely friendly and personable. They made the mortgage experience so easy for us and we couldn't thank them enough! They went above and beyond on their customer service and it did not go unnoticed. First I wanna say. I don't do reviews. My realtor and a friend told me to go with them and I'm not sorry that i did. So let me tell you that Byron. Josh and Shaun are amazing to work with. I'm a first time home buyer and they made me feel comfortable with every step. They make you feel welcome and so friendly. I will recommend this team to anyone. They do work hard for you!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Byron and his team helped me with purchasing my first home and I could not be happier with the experience. I primarily worked with Cody and Emily who are AMAZING. Super responsive and answered all my ridiculous questions. I would email at 10pm and have a response either via email or phone call by 9am the next day. Cody called me every couple days to update me on the progress and where we stood in the process. Emily helped me look at my finances and show different options to determine the best and most comfortable price range for my home. My real-estate agent as well as closing attorney even commented on how efficient the team is, she is going to recommend his company to new clients moving forward. If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would. I was recommended to the Byron Reed Team by a friend and I am so glad I was. From the start of my loan application with Emily, through the loan process with Alysse and the closing with Byron I have been amazed at their dedication and willingness to go above and beyond my expectations. I bought my first house in the middle of a pandemic (crazy right?) I had SO many questions! They never made me feel like I was a burden. They were fast at answering the 1,000 questions I had.
