Stay away from these apartments. They will put extra charges on your rent you will never pay what you signed on your lease. It will keep going up. These apartments are horrible my AC broke for 2 weeks in the summer I had to buy a window unit. They don’t fix anything I had water leaking from the ceiling they just painted over the mold. I reported water leaking from the ceiling. Then my roof fell from a water leak. If you pay for a parking spot you won’t get to use it because other people take it and they won’t do anything about it. Rent is due one the 1st by the second they will start harassing you. Even though the grace period is 4 days. When my lease was up they wanted me to sign a new lease and raise my rent $100 on the website they was cheaper I told them no. So didn’t sign it they rais

High prices, they take forever to fix damaged items, and to top it all off, THEY STOLE MY VANITY THAT I LEFT ON THE PROPERTY. I was for weeks texting to them saying I wanted to retrieve my belongings, and when they finally decided to respond, they storage the washer and dryer and, according to them, threw away a BRAND NEW $1200 vanity. I recorded a video of the “manager” that did not let me go check in the apartment. THIEVES. I delete this comment when they return my property. Which protocols your employees followed up?? NOTHING LEGAL. STILL WAITING!!! I don’t want to talk to anybody just the information to pick my property up!! STILL WAITING ON MY PROPERTY TO BE RETURNED. THIEVES!!!

The only good thing about this apartment is the fact that it is located closer to the highway. Paying $900 for a 1bd 1bath with NO WASHER OR DRYER. Homeless people are always roaming around the apartment and dumpster diving. I never once saw the so called security they have after living there for 2 years. The laundromat meant for everyone is always out and sometimes have to go use a public laundry mat. Can never get a hold of the office through phone calls. Water problems at least twice a week. Maintenance sucks real bad. Maintenance is the same as living in a ghetto apartment. Have to write letters sometimes to get issues fixed. I’ve been living here for 8 months now, and I wanted to take my time before leaving a review and I have nothing but great things to say! The community is clean and quiet, with friendly neighbors and a welcoming atmosphere. The office staff is always helpful and professional, and maintenance is quick and efficient. I truly appreciate the quality of living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

This property is horribly ran . You can literally NEVER CONTACT THE OFFICE OR MANAGEMENT STAFF. I think I’ve seen the property manager maybe once and I’ve lived here for 6 months now . She’s NEVER AT WORK and the one or two times I was able to catch her she was joking inappropriately with a few male tenants. All in all this place is ran extremely unprofessionally and the entire office staff needs to be replaced IMMEDIATELY!
