Cross Timber

Cross Timbers is a wonderful place to live. The community is peaceful, welcoming, and set in a nice, quiet area. Darlene is absolutely wonderful — always kind, helpful, and quick to assist with anything you need. The maintenance team is friendly, fast, and efficient.Overall, it’s a great place to call home! 😁

My wife and I have loved having Cross Timber be our first apartment together. We have enjoyed the space and location. Having somewhere to workout and swim has been nice and a fun thing to do together. The living spaces are not huge, but are perfect for a small family. The staff is kind and helpful. All in all, we have loved our time here!!

My mom and I have been residents of Cross Timber since December of 2023. From the first moment meeting Darlene and Katrina, we have felt as though we were at home. The complex is quiet and our neighbors are friendly and respectful. Our neighbors frequently have their children playing together and many of the children know us by name and take the time to say hi. The gym and pool are always well maintained and clean and the maintenance team keeps the property looking great. With my mom being disabled, we love the secure feeling of a gated complex and 24 hour security. We feel as though we are part of a community that looks out for each other and we plan to be here for a very long time.

Amazing Apartments. Property is nice and clean. Leasing executives Ms. Darlene and Catrina are so kind and nice. They are very helpful and treating like a family.

They have been so kind and so nice with all the things! As a young adult there is many things that I am still learning that go into the process of renting an apartment! They have been so kind and telling me that information and answering all the silly questions! Over all I feel safe here regardless of the time! Mrs. Darlene is so kind and treats everyone as an individual! 10/10 recommend!!
