The management is incredibly unprofessional, unresponsive, and seems to have little to no concern for the actual living conditions of their tenants. Maintenance requests are either ignored or take an unreasonable amount of time to be addressed, and when they are “fixed,” the issues often come right back. The property itself is poorly maintained and has ongoing problems with bugs, which clearly are not being handled properly. It’s extremely frustrating to pay rent somewhere that can’t even maintain basic cleanliness and pest control. On top of that, the environment is miserable. Woods of Williamsburg is hands down the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The management is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and borderline fraudulent. They’ll happily take your security deposit (thousands of dollars), and when you move out, they’ll make up fake “damage” charges — like claiming carpets are ruined — just to keep your money. The apartments themselves are old, outdated, and poorly maintained. Bathrooms look like they’re from the 70s, and nothing really works the way it should. If you ever have an emergency — no heat in winter or no AC in summer — good luck. You can call and email for days before anyone shows up, and

PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT MOVE HERE. The apartments are infested with bugs, and management refuses to take it seriously. Even when bugs start coming through the vents, they’ll just blame you instead of fixing the problem. Ask around — every neighbor will tell you the same thing. The appliances are ancient, probably from the 60s or 70s — nothing works properly. The fridge barely cools, the oven and heater are outdated, and the dishwasher is useless (you have to wash everything by hand first anyway). Update: After living there for a year i have to say it was one of the best leasing experiences thanks to Charles he worked with us during a very difficult time. Love living here, it's beautifully wooded setting with great neighbors and attentive staff. The staff is very helpful in navigating everything from maintenance to the little details like setting up mail, maintenance, ect. It's nice to live where i used to vacation!

One of the worst places to live in Williamsburg. Very disappointed to pick this place for my family. In the begging my income did not qualify, because I had a different job at the moment. The staff was very suspicious to ask me to add additional people in the lease just to qualify for the apartment. Requesting extra money, as well to get me approval faster while doing the lease. The Cash was not added to the lease aggretment neither. The staff in the office is constantly accusing you without no evidence for things that we are not doing. Also, rent is too expensive for not having privacy. The office constantly keeps wanting to inspect the unit more than 3 times a month...
