I have been a tenant with Liz Moore for about three years now, and I have absolutely zero complaints—only praise! Genia is hands down the best property manager I have ever worked with. She is incredibly caring, kind, and truly listens to any concerns I have, always addressing them quickly and professionally. She constantly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Genia represents Liz Moore perfectly, and I feel lucky to have her as my property manager. Highly recommended!

I recently got back into the rental space and quickly realized I didn’t miss it while being a homeowner. As I continued through the application process, she was gracious enough to answer my questions and address concerns I raised. Amy is the best Property Manager I’ve had in the last 10 years. My property managers switched out mid way through my lease. She was super fair during the move out process after there were some discrepancies with the move in inspection paperwork when managers swapped places. If you have an issue with this property manager as a tenant, it’s probably you and not her!!

Liz Moore Property Management has been wonderful to work with over the years. As a tenant, Genia Prior has always gone above and beyond. She is understanding, attentive, and truly cares about the families, both renters and owners. I could not recommend her enough for both renters and homeowners!
