I cannot stress this enough, if you move here you will have a hostile landlord and management team. And if they aren't hostile, they are woefully incompetent and cheap. The people who run this place feel actively hostile to their tenants and seem to genuinely not care. The elevator in the C building has been out for over a year, now, and with no sign of being repaired any time soon. The constant hot water shutoffs during the summer and fall were very annoying and would reliably knock out the water pressure for days after the "repairs" (if they can really be called that) were done. All 4 buildings are rotting from the inside out, the state has been fining them over at least the elevators, probably more, and they still refuse to do anything about it. DO NOT MOVE HERE, PLEASE

Thank God for Omar the Plumber he came on his day off with his wife &kids to Make sure Residents can get out Because we were plowed in this guy goes above and beyond his call of duties this is true (leadership mentality) 5 stars Again for Omar ??, Where's the supervisor &the rest of the crew🤔 ??? Horrible complex ! Worse place I ever lived !! Had my family living in a house with all mold ! Didn’t answer maintenance slips or fix problem until about two months later ! They ripped my walls out did everything wrong and unprofessional! I had no were to live so they told me to live in hotel ???? Said it would take 7 days and I’ve been in hotels for three weeks paying 100 to 180$ a night ! I went to hotel two weeks came back home and they did no work at all totally violated me n my babies ! Now I’m living in my bedroom with my two kids ! We still have no water no showers n they still not done fixing stuff ! The staff is no help and completely lied to me ! Apart from all issues listed, I would suggest not letting workers into your apartment unsupervised. A pair of my $200 Jordan’s were stolen out of my apartment. I only wore those once and it was only when I went to look for it that I noticed it was gone.
