CPM has been a great property management service for me. Gina and her team take care of everything from tenant screening, coordinating repairs, and providing end of year statements. Their service is top knotch with most repairs complete within 24hrs. They also upload detailed invoices from repairs to an online portal for record keeping. I also appreciate they take the time to answer all my questions and respond very quickly to any concerns. Using CPM truly made my rental property feel like a hands off investment.
