Woods at Peppertree Apartment Homes

My experience at this apartment was great. Up until they denied me for something that was on my credit from 2021 that has nothing to do with no eviction or anything In that nature. I make 2.8x the rent when you only have to make 2.5x the rent. My income is great. They said it doesn’t matter what’s on your credit as long as I don’t have no evictions or not a felony or anything in that nature. Which I don’t. I have no rental history or anything. I’m a first time rental. They said they would still help me get into the apartment but now they are ignoring my calls but be right in the office. I just want a home for my children and I. And the way they was talking like I was going to get in I guess that was a lie… they don’t even wanna pick up my phone calls or give me a call back now. When at fi

We've had some bad experiences with property managers and maintenance work that needed to be done. However the new property manager is awesome. She goes above and beyond for the tenants here. This is exactly how a property manager SUSPD to help and show concern about tenants that live on the property. We're definitely dealing with a terrible situation now but she's doing an amazing job to help get it taken care of. We were dealing with this before she came and now that she's in the office, she has already done a lot for us within the few days she's been here.

Bugs were really bad, apt was old but decent, a shout out to Jordan Miller maintenance man very hard worker and respond in a timely manner the best..it was there in the time of my need.. for that I’m grateful.. friendly staff..
