The Manager Courtney and Assistant Manager Paula are AMAZING! They were very professional, helpful and just a joy to work with. Moving is stressful enough and they made sure I was comfortable with the process . They kept me informed ( so I wasn’t calling constantly) smile. Happy to be here! Looking forward to the events! I am very happy to be here; the one bedroom is perfect for me and my kitty!! I’ve looked at a lot of senior apartments in and around Atlanta and this floor plan is the best I’ve seen, very comfortable! The ladies in the office are always cheerful and happy to help residents! If you want to live in a clean fresh environment, check us out. They even pick up my trash at my door!!!

We were one of the first tenants to move in and it was well worth the wait. Thanks to Paula who went above and beyond and we are sooo grateful for her, we LOVE LOVE LOVE Agape and I can only thank God for grace and mercy. It's absolutely beautiful and the price is unbelievable. We will be here for a long time and again it was worth the wait and to upper management give Paula a raise because she represents your company very well. Awesome job, we love it here. 🙏♥️🙏

Looking for an apartment home where you can feel safe? Well look no further! Along with the awesome office staff, My new apartment home has phenomenal officers! Officer W. Smith is absolutely fantastic! He is always patrolling the grounds and making sure "we" the residents feel secure! He is a true professional who goes above and beyond!!! Thank you to officer Smith and all of the other officers that keep us safe!!

I’m so excited to live here! The place is beautiful!! So nice and well made. Everything brand new! Perfect for seniors. Very quiet and the amenities are awesome! The leasing managers are top tier! Paula was my go to person and she helped me through the process so effortlessly and efficiently. I’m thankful and grateful for their hard work and patience. Its a new and beautiful place.
