Loved living here. Location is perfect and radio coffee across the street. Perfect for my dog and I. When I first took my tour with Dominique she made me feel at home and excited about what I was signing up for. She also is quick when it comes to helping me with any problems I have.

Do not live here. The homeless have free rein over this property. I’ve had things stolen, shopping carts left in my entryway, and tweakers show up on my doorstep at early hours in the morning to name a few. Every other week, the water is shut off for something which is a huge inconvenience as the front office only notifies you AFTER your utilities have already been shut off. A few units are “trap houses” with sketchy people going in and all at all hours. Trash always accumulates in the parking lot, where I have also found drugs. I do not feel safe living here, especially because they refuse to fix the street lights in the parking lot which gets sketchy and super dark at night. UPDATE: Since my previous review, I’ve now had multiple items stolen off my front porch and have experienced SEVER

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Trash everywhere. Homeless people everywhere. Management is awful. They act like they are doing all these renovations but the place is still terrible. Homeless people swim in the pool, use the BBQ pit, & sleep in the cabana. Cops & management do nothing about it. Such a shame. Save yourself, look elsewhere.

So the price keeps going up.. BUT maintenance is AWESOME. Best maintenance ever. Also neighbors are really super nice and it’s location is really good. I can hop onto Lamar, Mopac, or 360 in like 3 minutes. Also nice little corner store within a block as well as radio. The units themselves are pretty spacious. Feels like a tiny house.

Misleading advertising. The "relaxing jacuzzi spa" was removed over a year ago, yet still remains featured on website. Management "upgrades" with cheapest options available.
