Woods Apartments

This apartment complex is great if you value peace and quiet. The neighbors are respectful, and management is responsive. Highly recommended for a calm living environment.

They have been remodeled, very spacious, The rental price is very reasonable. Very quiet! District of Putnam City High school s , it’s close to I40 and The Mall.

I enjoy my new remolded apt, I like that it’s new flooring and that they have security although is peace and management is very attentive. Personally I recommend it

Good and nice people in the office, and a peaceful place to live. Apts are big and the rent is affordable I like the inside estructure and design!!

I constantly have issues with my apartment. I want to make that clear now. Nothing of my own fault, these are just very old apartments. The issue is that there is 1 person in the office that you rarely see, and once you've told them your problems, it takes sometimes WEEKS TO MONTHS to fix any problems. Once you're upset enough to threaten them with legal issues, they send maintenance outl and they dont speak english. Which isn't an issue, but I don't speak Spanish so its impossible to communicate. I do not recommend you live here. Quite possibly the worst apartments in Oklahoma and I have no doubt they will soon be torn down.
