Woodmont Crossing

i moved in the community may 2024 and i thought it would be good but its not no parking and i cant even get a spot in front of where i live and i have a handicapp sticker. i have to park 5 buildings away. also alot of noise in the building and over top of my head after 11pm. i dont do noise not when i have to wake up at 430am. looking to move soon as may hits.

After being on the hunt for an apartment for me and my family, I went on the website and booked a tour. The automated bot sent me a message confirming the tour and asking if I had any questions. I said yes and asked about pricing. But the automated bot could not answer my question. I called 2 days before my scheduled tour to get some questions answered before going on the tour. Was not able to talk to any member of management. The answering service took my information and informed me that someone will return my call. I never received a call. Then when the day of my tour came and I arrived to the leasing office to and was told “oh you made the tour on the website?” Oh we aren’t doing any tours today and we have no availability in any of our units. Ridiculous, they pool, playground and gate has not been operational for years. Maintenance changes are like a revolving door. Most are not helpful with fixing anything. Deserve no stars!!!!!!!

My experience at Woodmont Crossing has been nothing but excellent. I really appreciate the leasing team and the maintenance guys! They’re literally only a call away! I would like to especially thank Ms. Courtney who communicates with such politeness and with professionalism. Whenever I have a concern or question she’s always ready to help and if she does not have an answer she will assure me that she will find one and get back to me. She always follows up or have Ms.Keisha get back with me in a timely manner. We’ve had 2 different companies manage Woodmont since I’ve became a resident , but I must say I’m so pleased with the service we receive now! Just know our maintenance and leasing team care about the residents and that alone speaks volume.

They don't care about the people living here we had a flood with mold all over and the management told us there was nothing they could do for us so we have to sleep with black mold and fans going all night with no hot water and the lady in the office just does not care i bet if we was white we would not have to go threw this it use to be so nice around here that's gone
