Annex on 12th

Honestly, I’m so happy I moved to Annex on 12th! The building is super quiet — the walls are thick, so you barely hear anything, and the apartment stays nice and warm. It already feels like home ❤️ The new gym is awesome, and the rooftop is just incredible — the views are unreal, especially at sunset. Everyone on the team has been really kind and helpful since day one. They always find a way to help, even in unusual or tricky situations — and that really means a lot. Huge thanks to Megan, she’s an amazing super professional and truly cares about residents. Couldn’t be happier living here. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, beautiful apartment in DC!

I love living here. Amenities are top tier, my unit is gorg. I put in a request with maintenance at 11pm and they show up the next morning at 9am. My evening walks are by the monuments and museums. My niece can’t wait to come back when the pool is open. And my leasing agent Kierstin made the move-in process so seamless. Couldn’t recommend more.

This complex is very nice, quiet, elegant, clean like a breath of fresh air. The rental office staff are exceptionally nice And always willing to help. Maintenance is prompt and on time. I especially have to give a shout out to the manager assistance, Miss Jamila. She shows patients, understanding And concern detailed to your situation. Meetting with her was such a Pleasure.

Wow. I’ve been living here for a month and I’m blown away. From the very beginning: my leasing agent, Megan, showing me around this beautiful complex- not pressuring me but reassuring me I’m in the right place; to her resident’s event on the pool rooftop where I met some new great friends, this place has been more than I could have ever imagined. I thought I left a great complex in the cap hill area, but the annex on 12th is running circles around my previous home. Everything is pristine, the residents are awesome, and the staff- from leasing to concierge, are professional and above and beyond. I’ve toured the best (and some of the worst) in DC but I am choosing to call this place home and can only highly recommend it to you too. All the spaces are exquisite, quiet, new and clean. Perfect

I have lived at Annex on 12th for a little over three months and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience! The apartment finishes are so nice, the amenities are brand new and maintained, and the staff is so wonderful and super helpful! I would like to give a specific shoutout to Jamila Jones, who is an Assistant Community Manager. Jamila has over and over again gone above and beyond to help answer all of my questions and concerns. She is someone that I always look to for guidance! The leasing office and the community at Annex on 12th thrives because of her hard work and leadership!
