Woodley Plaza Apartments

I took a tour here few weeks back and noticed that a lot of the tenants were very polite and would greet you and that was so welcoming. was so close to making this place my home until I saw how filthy the building was and gates were broken. I saw people yanking on the gates. When we got to the unit there was roaches everywhere it was gross! At the time that I took a tour the lady in the office was pregnant and had one of her kids in the office with her. She was sweet but extremely unprofessional of her to have her kid in the office with her because she seemed so busy with her child and was quick to push us out the door. I recently moved into Woodley Plaza Apartments within the past month and I have been very pleased with the set-up and general quietness of the location. The neighbors seem to be very nice and I get a sense of community within this facility. What I specifically wanted to highlight was the outstanding upkeep and maintenance services support received from Jose, Crystal and Hector. Specifically, the maintenance services offered by Jose and Hector have far above expectation! Since we are new to the community, we had some minor adjustments which needed to be completed within our place. What strikes me as the most impressive part of our experience is the thoroughness and attention to detail in relation to the services provided. I've lived here for a little bit over 7 years, and the new management team has been wonderful, Jose maintenance gets things done within appropriate time and the manager helen always answers my calls, calls me back she reply's to emails and always follows up after a service request gets done in my unit. Happy living here not moving out anytime soon!

I would say if anything my experience at the Woodley plaza apartments was not a bad one even though I don't live here when I did check it out it was a pretty nice and clean area The parking is not that bad which is at definitely a big plus in my book as well as the people that live here are nice

Location has roaches and robberies. Unsafe place to live. They don’t update gates and security. Not family friendly at all! Units are old and worn out.
