Sepulveda Landmark

If I could rate this place 0 stars, believe me I would. Our gas was temporarily shut off due to cal quake construction until the 23rd. Today is the 26th and they did not turn our gas on. Every neighbor had it but they missed us. Then we had to call the gas company and they were going to charge us for the mistake made. Oh and get this, my mom went to get the manager and his wife/partner told my mom to read the contract and slammed the door on my mother's face. We have no bars on our windows and a burglar opened our window this week. No sufficient hot water runs, the apartment's are made with cheap material. Help never arrives when you need it the most. Don't live here, it sucks and you will never feel cared about by manegment.

Customer service is horrible with this company. Communicating is near to impossible. They never respond your calls, VM and/or emails.

I had good experience with management, unfortunately I had to move out after 14 months or so, i was having bad experience with the neighbors upstairs and across, loud music , bad vocabulary , supper stressful,
