Woodleaf Village

I would like to express my appreciation to Woodleaf Village. I found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. Both Davina and Ingrid were helpful. I recently just moved here from out of state with my little family and the move in process went smoothly. The neighborhood is trusting, quiet and very beautiful! All in all, I’m happy to be apart of this Village!

I love living at Woodleaf Village. Staff is always friendly and timely in maintenance responses. Krys & West are kind professional and skilled maintenance crew. Felicia, our site manager, is kind, confidential, and makes me feel comfortable and supported in our home environment. I moved here during a great time of need and the staff and environment at Woodleaf Village has created a wonderful environment for me to grow and succeed. I am grateful for the opportunity to live here!

So incredibly grateful to live in Woodleaf Village. We have been here a little over three years and have always felt safe and well taken care of by the staff. Felicia, Krys, and West always go above and beyond to make sure our homes are in quality standing. And they do it in a timely manner. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve used the rent cafe portal to request maintenance repairs. And they always show up with a smile. They get the job done and do it right! They are thorough and they are efficient. They are so thoughtful and you can tell they genuinely care about the Woodleaf community. So happy to live in this little hidden gem of a village!

Ingrid at Woodleaf Village Apartments was informative, kind, and extremely helpful. These apartments are nestled in the trees in South Eugene and are in a park like neighborhood. The town houses are clean and well-maintained and the staff are extremely kind. I would highly recommend this location to anybody looking for a quiet, affordable neighborhood.

I moved into Woodleaf Village about 2 years ago! The sense of community up here is wonderful for myself and my children. The professionalism and kindness from manager Felicia has been a breath of fresh air coming from other places I've been. I always know that she will have answers to my questions and never leaves me hanging. Maintenence is handled by Krys and West, they are both very hard working and prompt with any problems or concerns I have. While they are always here to help with maintenance, they also take the time to be warm and welcoming to my family. Great job, Woodleaf team! 😊
