Professional, polite, knowledgeable, expedient, detailed, informative, responsive and Great listeners They really made the entire home buying process completely painless which has not been the case of any of my previous home buying experiences. They always kept me informed along the way, took time to answer all my questions and there were no negative surprises...only positive surprises (more money in my pocket!). From initial contact to closing was a total of 21 business days. I was told most other lenders would require at least 30 business days minimum to complete the process. I can't think of anything that could have gone better. It was overall a really great experience and I am so grate
