I used this company for my general home inspection and a radon test after my offer on a home was accepted. Charles was an expert home inspector. The report is incredibly detailed. This is my first time buying a home but I doubt other general home inspectors are as detailed and thorough. The report is well written with lots of pictures. I was able to meet him at the home and he is very knowledgeable. Use this company for your home inspections and don’t skip inspections.

We’ve used their team for multiple inspections of both new construction and remodels. This week, we had Lee and Dylan complete inspections at two different properties- both did an excellent job. Each inspector has been thorough and detailed in their reporting, thoughtful in letting us know big and little things they notice around the property, and were exceptionally speedy with getting the report written and shared. For those who want detail, these reports are often 40+ pages with pictures and descriptions. I’ve felt confident in the home buying and selling process based on these inspections. Will continue using this company for future projects.
