Anyone with a legit complaint / or have been treated unfair by Valerie because this how she let one tenant live.. stove caught fire , mold in bedroom and ac drop pan area, bed bugs crawling ...until city gave her 10 days to make right she did on the 10 th day and after months of neglecting this it only took about 10 mins to fix some issues..you tell me was she being a manager or just plain bias because she didn't like the tenant.. you need to speak up by reporting all violations especially BIAS . she works for the tenants she should make tenants happy to live here and tenants shouldn't have to defend themselve

ZERO STARS. If I could give that I rating I most definitely would. If you’re in the market looking for a new place to call home WOODLAWN RANCH APARTMENTS is NOT it. Unless you want your personal belongings to be covered in mold . Valerie the manager is TERRIBLE, SHOWS NO EMPATHY, and WORK ORDERS DO NOT GET DONE HERE ONLY UNTIL THERE IS A STATE INSPECTION. Vanessa, the property supervisor is just the same. Not once did I receive a phone call apologizing for terrible service and a shitty apartment but never once was anyone apologetic. There have been a ton of inspections. They let strangers into your apartment without noticed. The stranger in my apartment was hitting my dog with a metal rod and got scared when I saw. They tried to keep me in my lease with a MOLD infested apartment. I grabbed

Ive lived here for five years and im sick of ppl stealing my packages. Im going to file a police report. And i hope they catch you. Like why steal and you know you're being recorded. Im posting this on tik to so everyone can see.

Do not trust a place that will willingly allow you to live/rent a apartment that has mold and knows you have young children. MOLD MAKES PEOPLE SICK especially kids!!! Not to mention all of the personal belongings that have to be thrown away because of said mold just growing like wild fire. DO THE RIGHT THING AND RELEASE TENANTS FROM THEIR LEASE & COMPENSATE!

It's a beautiful apartment with lots of room and storage but my husband's car was stolen from his "paid parking" spot. My vehicle has been broken into and trashed twice. Also I found my drivers side door wedged open as if someone put a crowbar in my door. My windows shattered both times and my entire steering wheel column undrivable. I love my personal apartment but I don't feel safe here anymore.
