We had our home inspected last April by Jay and couldn't be more pleased with the results and overall attention to detail. We were in a bind and time crunch to get an inspector out as quickly as possible, and Jay answered that call of duty with exceptional service. Jay is an excellent inspector and provided much needed peace of mind about our new build construction. We had him out to check out our house during the pre-drywall phase and he spotted some opportunities for improvement. Our builder has corrected these issues and we feel great about moving forward with the process. We will definitely have him come out again for our next inspection! I would also like to mention that he was extremely responsive and made time to come out on short notice since the builder didn't give us much advanced notice to schedule.
