Woodlane Place Townhomes

Lived here for 4 yrs. Loved every minute of it. Management is amazing and understanding. Maintenance was awesome. I was very lucky that both my neighbors were quite and respectful.

So... I just want to say, for the amount of money these people pay for these townhomes, there's no reason the roads are as crappy as they are. There's a huge strange square pothole at the one entrance and why waste all that money on those orange stakes you put out in the fall when after the first snow, they are either knocked down or covered over. I would also really suggest you getting a snow removal company/ service that understands proper snow mitigation. And i get it, you've got all those cars but if done right you won't have a issue with the cars Just is too expensive to have these things overlooked. ....I don't live here, but have a friend that does....

I’ve lived here over five years now, and I’m very happy to be a resident here. All the staff here are so friendly and extremely helpful with anything you might need or request of them. Any problem I might have with my townhouse, which is extremely rare, is addressed promptly by the wonderful office staff, and the maintenance team has to be one of the best in the business. They’re very professional and really go the extra mile to assist you with any issue that may arise. It’s definitely an awesome community to be member of. They really make you feel at home.

The maintenance team is very diligent and quick at what they do. They respond right away to any work orders put in. They are polite and wear boot covers! I recommend this townhome community, the office staff is very welcoming as well! Thank you guys!

We lived at Woodlane Place for a little over two years, and we really enjoyed our time there - the office staff was super friendly and helpful from the start, and even sent us a card when our senior cat passed away. We lived in a non-updated unit, but even then, it was clear that care was taken to keep things in good working shape, and we felt they gave fair rent reductions compared to more renovated townhomes. Maintenance calls were always completed in a timely manner, from big things like a leak in the ceiling (taken care of almost immediately, and left so well patched you couldn't even tell where it was), to little things like needing a closet door fixed or new pegs for the kitchen cabinet shelves (taken care of within probably 5 business days at most, as far as I can recall).
