Acclaim is great!! The management team is extremely friendly and responsive, Jaime and Seth are always happy to help. The location is perfect, the neighborhood stays quiet and the gym/pool/pickleball courts are a great touch. Would recommend.

Acclaim of Woodbury is the best! Best community and neighbors! Floor plan and upgraded amenities are perfect! Jaimie and Seth are so nice and helped with everything we needed! We had to relocate but will be back and we loved the location , was next to everything! See you soon Jaimie and Seth ! 😊

Wonderful place to live! Beautiful home and neighborhood. Seth and Jaime are extremely helpful and professional. If we had a maintenance request, it was fixed the next day. We have been so lucky to have found Acclaim. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience.

Jaime, Seth and team are outstanding. I love the new neighborhood and they are quick to respond to any concerns and their follow through is impeccable! If you’re looking for somewhere to buy Acclaim neighborhood is the place to be.

Awesome team with great products (rental homes). Whether renting for a short time or you intend to be there a good while you will be very comfortable here. We picked the Ridge with basement and the storage area is expansive. Rooms are nicely appointed, and the management team is very accommodating. Once we made the decision on the model the team hustled and got the house (new build) completed 1week ahead of schedule. We have been checking the place out thoroughly and found only minor issues to report. It speaks to the quality of the builders work. You won’t go wrong if you rent from Acclaim!
