Woodland's Edge Apartments

This place doesn't have assigned parking and you never know if you will have a spot to park or have to park walk a ways. The apartments themselves are nice and seem to be good value for the money.. the electric bill here runs higher than I expected. Water & trash is covered. We have personally had a large number of missing (theifs ) happen here. The apartments have a washer and dryer I have a garbage disposal a refrigerator blinds in windows carpet. Their maintenance Responce is fast and helpful. It's a bit more noisy than I remember a apartment but manageable. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS THE PARKING. IT ABSOLUTELY SUCKS NOT TO HAVE A DESIGNATED SPOT!!

This is a great place to live! If you’re ignorant and don’t want to follow by the rules that’s the only reason to leave a bad review. Don’t go and buy a dog two days before you move in and not follow the weight limits. Don’t do drugs, don’t speed through the apartment complex, clean up after your dogs. This isn’t rocket science here. It’s a wonderful community and I feel safe living here. The management is top notch! I really appreciate the fact that I don’t have to pay for pest service because it’s provided for us.

Amanda, the property manager, is completely unprofessional. I was okay’ed to bring a pet in to move in with me weeks before my move in date. A WEEK before I move in, I was told I cannot bring my dog because, even though he is currently 8 lbs, he POTENTIALLY can go up to 60 lbs (40 lb max). My dog is a mix, and will likely not get over 35lbs as told by my vet. Amanda did not let me move in with my 8 lb dog and tried to tell me I needed to get rid of my dog before I get too attached to him so that I can move in. Idk who she thinks she is, but I am not giving up my DOG to move into your apartment complex. I asked about moving in with my 8 lb dog and potentially breaking my lease and moving out IF/once he gets close to 40 lbs and I was rejected that request. Amanda was so ignorant and rude. Do

We lived here two years ago. These are the best apartments in Searcy, the grounds are kept beautifully at all times, and the apartment manager Ronda is very professional, respectful and kind. I highly recommend Woodland Edge Apartments. If I could give twenty stars I would.
