Village Square of Searcy

No complaints. There is no pests, bugs, or rodents. Karen and the team are helpful and communicative. It’s quiet and peaceful. Haven’t had any issues with any appliances or anything. The apartment inside and out could definitely use some touch ups cosmetically; but i’m not from here so maybe i’m just used to a different standard.

We love it here! Haven’t had any issues with any neighbors.. so far everyone I’ve met here has been friendly! Very beautiful outside area. I love taking my dogs and toddler to the gazebo and letting them play. The office manager is very friendly and so is the maintenance guy. Also when we moved in the apartment was beautifully clean.!

I have lived here for 4 years now and I have nothing but good things to say! Karen is amazing and wants the best for her tenants. All of the staff have went above and beyond for me anytime I needed them. Everything is peaceful here and my neighbors are all very respectful. They keep the grounds clean and the grass mowed. If you are looking for a place to call home I would definitely recommend The Village Square to anyone!

I have lived at Village Square with my husband and children since 2019. We absolutely love it here and have never had any problems. I feel comfortable letting my children play outside with my balcony door open, I can’t explain how amazing that is especially given the world today, that my kids are safe to play outside in the yard. Karen is an amazing property manager, she really makes this community feel like a family and goes above and beyond. The maintenance man Michael is also amazing, he comes and checks anything you’re worried about with a quickness and always has a smile on his face. We truly love it here, I am so grateful to live in such a great community!

My folks has lived in these apartments for almost 10 years! Now my little family have an apartment here as well, my family has rented 4 apartments total! We love it here! The environment is so family friendly and the pool is always maintained when it’s open! The apartment manager, Karen, is amazing! She’s the sweetest and BEST to talk to about anything and VERY welcoming! They have a new play yard set up now too! And it’s PERFECT for my 2 kids! We have no worries about predators or loud people! 10/10 recommend!!! I have referred a friend to here and she got an apartment here as well! SUCH A GREAT PLACE!
