Wanted to leave a review for Justin, “The Maintenance Guy”! I’ve had a great experience with maintenance here. He’s always quick to respond, super helpful, and willing to answer any questions I have. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and makes dealing with apartment issues so much easier. Definitely one of the best parts of living here!

I am a resident at Woodland Apartments, and I recently raised a maintenance request for a window blind and a door lock issue. I’m really impressed with how quickly it was resolved. Justin handled the issue efficiently and professionally, and everything was fixed without causing any inconvenience to my daily routine. Great service, prompt response, and excellent attention to detail. Really appreciate the service at Woodland Apartments.

The 2 Maintenance Workers at The Woodlands at Nashua Apartments Maintenance Workers Members names was Justin and another’s name I didn’t know of another maintenance worker that gives us great service it has my the 5 star approval rating of the service provided with their fastest solution to fix with the specific problem of the Washroom Facility the non functioning of the item and was listed as an non repairable fix. Instead the members gave us a new Item recommended which was then the cause of the old item being replaced. and Maybe was lucky they had the item one prepared beforehand to bring to the resident without them having to finish the Washroom Item replacement at another time of date didn’t take them no time at all when just Leaving out the apartment on getting required items from ma

I lived at the woodlands for one year. I started to look for a new apartment in the first six months. There are a few pros of the woodlands such as excess parking and location. Other than that, there are much more cons. The floors are old and creaky which makes it annoying to move around your apartment. There are two washers and dryers for the entire building which are typically hard to get access to. The buildings are very warm so expect to run your air conditioner daily to stay somewhat comfortable. They are currently doing renovations to the buildings which were scheduled very poorly. I had contractors enter my apartment while I was in the shower on days they were not supposed to. The renovations look sloppy and poorly done and they left trash and a mess in my apartment that I have phot

Goodluck getting in contact with the leasing office. Lived here for a year and its always a mess with them. im all for having thanksgiving off, not a whole week around thanksgiving. Office will intentionally ignore tenant option on thier call line, make sure to select leasing or youll never get through. Had black mold on the bathroom ceiling becuase the fan didnt work and they just decided to paint over it and not fix the fan. The started doing “renovations” which just involved tearing out the hallways, and leaving it for months in that state. But hey, rent goes up everytime you have to renew your lease. Really just a scummy place overall. i promise youd rather be homeless than love at this horrid excuse of an apartment complex.
