Reached out to Yanco Appraisal and spoke with Peter. He is very professional and knowledgeable in this industry. He provided a step-by-step guide on what needed to be done. The day that we scheduled the appraisal, we were having severe downpours in the area. He promptly arrived with an umbrella in hand and went to work. I would highly recommend! They are too far out from where I live, but Peter called me after hours to get my email to give me a list of the appraisers in my area. I really wish I could use them super nice guy!
