Woodlands At Bristol

Use to be a nice place to live but now theirs alot of drug activity in some areas the kids are out control no parental guidance a few things need to change immediately

They are very nice apartments and I want/need one of them very badly and less than 2 years ago was approved and literally was almost ready to be moved into one of the apartments but because of communication issue's I guess they couldn't reach me and had to give the spot to someone else. Which I understand completely, but I don't understand why here it is 2 years later and not even 3 months ago I recieved some paperwork from The Woodlands Apartments to tell me that my application for their section 8 housing was now denied because of my now credit report?? That is insane, especially considering the only thing I've had go against my credit recently and lower my credit score was from a previous debt that I had owed and was making payments on bi weekly but had missed my deadline just until the

this place has a bad roach infestation and every time the office gets told about it they just send their maintanance man to spray and it never works, they haven’t taken it seriously at all and it’s gross so avoid this place if you can! i’m tired of waking up with roaches in my bed

Do NOT EVER LIVE HERE!! IVE BEEN IN THE WRONG SIZE APARTMENT FOR 8 YEARS!!!! 3 KIDS IN ONE ROOM IN THE SMALLEST APARTMENT THEY HAVE. TENANTS ARE NASTY, KIDS HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR ELECTRICITY SWITCH AND THEY TURN PEOPLES POWER OFF FAITHFULLY. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE DOES NOT CARE FOR THE TENANTS. MY UTILITY CLOSET HAS FLOODED NUMEROUS TIMES.....STILL HAVE SAME CARPET IN APARTMENT.......STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE WOODLANDS (SPRINGDALE)

Anyone can kill the power to the camera's, WiFi, even the apartments. Public access to the breaker's
