I had the pleasure of speaking with O'naria today and she was very kind and very patient and very informative. I'm originally from Woodland but moving and relocating from Alabama back to Woodland my hometown. I can't wait to be home again. It's been many years. Thank you, O'Nariah And I am looking very much forward and meeting you in person and renting a one-bedroom apartment. I will see you sometime between now and no later than April from 2026. 🙏😇🙏

Applied online - O’Naria went above and beyond on helping me from applying to verifying all information. Moved in within 4 days of applying. Highly recommend properly staff is great!

Really a zero star left the apartment better than it was when I moved in roach infested dog poop everywhere and they go up and up on the rent do not move here and they will not give you a deposit back I paid $3400 to move in a one very small bedroom with rent being $1800 a month they don’t tell you when people die I had to watch my neighbor get carried out in a bodie bag they didn’t tell you that someone killed their kid two doors down they make you write a nice review when you first move in so I’m sure those reviews are so people can have a place to lay their head AVOID AVOID AVOID

The manager is a very kind person, I'm sure she has to make difficult decisions sometimes, but they seem to want to work with their tenants. Good people it is not the first time they have helped out when struggling with situations.
