Terracina at Springlake | Affordable Apartments

Beautiful apartments. Plenty of natural light, high ceilings, spacious rooms, plenty of inside storage, two big linen closets, it feels like I am in small cozy single family home, yes this is the feeling from the way its laid out. I am impressed. Clean property inside out. Staff is nice, maintenance request is addressed immediately. Situated in a nice, safe neighborhood, elementary and high school is walking distance. Neighbors are nice, amenities are nice.

I think that the maintenance workers are amazing. Corey not only fix my toilet but replaced it with a new one. They were prompt and finish the work quickly. I enjoy living here.

We love the place. It is on a prime location, having modern features, and excellent management. The only issue we got here is the kitchen exuast that doesn't have any "real" exuast system. The air/smoke remain within the unit though the exuast system is on. All the above, it is a fantastic place to call home. I highly recommend Terracina Springlake Apartments.

Who can I speak to about parking???? since management chooses not to do anything about it. This person has been using this parking spot for 2 weeks now. Ridiculous that my grandfather has to park far away while this person gets away with parking 3 cars on the property.

when I had parked a car in the visitors for three days & I got a notice to move it or have it towed but this person with the silver Toyota gets to park for a full week without a notice. & have three additional cars on the property. If I recall correctly the lease states two cars only & two days max for visitor parking.
