Woodland Village Apartments

So as someone living here right now I highly would not recommend we pay almost 1,200 plus not including Utilities to not even have assigned parking spots , so after paying my rent I come home to someone constantly in my spot and where do I park ? Vistor parking it doesn’t make sense… they claim the have a pool but a pool that doesn’t open till the end of summer almost. Lastly maintenance is hit or miss sometimes they on sometime they not. Other times you find yourself calling tryna figure out when your stuff is getting fixed. Lastly foreal how you gone increase rent each year but don’t do nothing to the property to account for the price we spending they said they was doing the parking lots two year ago and here we are with a still unfinished parking lot so hey if this is your last resort

I’ve lived here for three years and it’s gotta be one of the most quiet apartments in Cincinnati. The staff is very polite and tend to any concerns or questions that you have. Maintenance is always on standby and fixes any problems that’s going on in your apartment. I recommend renting in this apartment complex complex.

I’ve been here 2 years and I love living here. Both Miss Ruth and Miss Marnica in the office are wonderful to work with and maintenance is always prompt. Any time I’ve reached out to those ladies they always are very courteous and willing to help with whatever you need!

I live here for 3 yrs (2015-2018) and loved it. I am considering moving back if there are openings. I know there’s new management as they were switching over when I moved, but when I called to inquire the woman who answered was very polite.

Have been living here for the past 6 months and I love it. Very friendly, management answers emails and phones within 24 hours if not sooner. Also they did a whole party with food and ice cream drinks and all included to welcome the summer time. This place is perfect. With the pool the slide and the friendly managers as well as neighbors. 10/10
