Woodland Trace Apartments

I’ve lived here for several years, and this is truly an amazing property. It's beautiful and always well-maintained. The maintenance team is prompt—usually responding within the 72-hour window, if not sooner. The property manager, Kenneth, is fantastic. He’s approachable, honest, and genuinely cares about the residents—a real stand-up guy. Taylor, one of the leasing agent, is always professional, graceful, and does her best to assist with any situation. Tina, another leasing agent, brings a great sense of humor and is incredibly helpful as well. Overall, this community is a wonderful place to live, thanks to the excellent staff and well-kept environment.

Today, I went on a "look and lease" tour with Taylor, and she showed me a vacant 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment—it was beautiful. Taylor is incredibly knowledgeable; she had clear, detailed answers to every question I asked. She thoroughly explained the pricing and fees, leaving no confusion. By the end of the tour, I knew exactly what to expect and felt confident that I qualified to become a resident. I attached some pictures below

I’m a current resident at Woodland Trace and I’ve had a great experience here. The front office staff is always polite and helpful, but what really sets this place apart is the maintenance team. I’ve had several service requests, and every time Mr. Travis handled them quickly and professionally. He even helped me install a projector screen — something he didn’t have to do — simply because he said it would only take a few minutes. It’s rare to find people who actually go above and beyond these days, and it makes a difference. If you’re apartment hunting, Woodland Trace is a solid choice: quiet, scenic, and run by a genuinely good team. — Sandy

I’ve been here almost a year and over all I had a pretty great experience. Work orders take about 2 days to have someone come out ( But given how many units are here that really good) Shout out to Alex who always go above and beyond for the tenants. Front office staff are really nice!! ( Not sure they young lady i spoke with today but she is super sweet( Ms. Ginger bread Xmas tree) But over all I’ve really enjoyed my time so far and even looking in to moving to one of there upgraded units once my lease is over.

Roaches ants and spiders. Poor water issues. They have a restrict rental policy with their old apartments. The renovated ones shown on tour are nice but could be better given Ventrons policy. Biggest regret and they’re invasive!! They came into my apartment while I was out for the day. Ventron is never available for someone to speak to them.
