I lived at The Rise for over two years and had an exceptional experience with both the staff and the property. The team was consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my satisfaction. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly and efficiently. The property management team is, without question, the most welcoming and personable group I have ever encountered. The community is clean and beautifully maintained. The pool is kept in pristine condition, and the grounds are always green and well cared for. I lived in The Rise for over a year. The manager, Christinna Vega is a wonderful person and professional manager. She listens to people, cares people's feeling, and is always happy to help. I moved in right after Christmas, and she was so responsible and thoughtful, making my move‑in experience very smooth.

Where should I start..I can’t say enough about the management, maintenance, and the community here at The Rise Living Community. I will start by saying I love living here because my apartment is brand new and the grounds are well kept. Before I first moved in I had to do a complete walk through of my apartment to see if there was anything that was left undone or fixing by it being new construction. There were a few things that needed to be corrected. The good thing is that as soon as I reached out to Manager Christinna Vega, she got everything corrected ASAP. By the way, just so you know she such a sweetheart. She cares about the residents living here and she does everything in her power to make you happy. I recently visited a family member, and while the community has potential, there are several noticeable issues that need attention. The building exteriors are in need of pressure washing, and I’ve observed that some neighbors leave bags of trash outside instead of disposing of them properly. In addition, there is a visible wasp nest in Building D, which is a safety concern for residents and guests. These issues create a poor impression for visitors and impact the overall living experience. I strongly encourage property management to take action and address these matters, as timely upkeep and attention would make a significant difference for both residents and their guests.

I currently live here but will be leaving, the pricing is outrageous for the lack of space and privacy! Maintenance is bad, roaches, boo boo, and pest are all around! WiFi sucks! I would not recommend staying here for more then 1 year. One positive is that the ladies in the leasing office are great.
