Woodland Point Apartments

I have lived at Woodland Point for five years. Since Kim has become manager she has transformed this complex into a great place to call home. The complex is quiet, we now have a dog park, a walking trail, a Carwash station, valet trash pick up, and best of all we have fenced yards on the ground floor apartments. Living here since March 2023 Last updated April 29th 2024 BEWARE OF FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS this company pays for fake reviews to help falsely inflate their rating. Update June 26th 8:30 am Since 9pm it has been 90 DEGREES FAHRENHEIGHT In this apartment. No AC all night, called the emergency maintenance line over 30 times and received no help. Got absolutely no sleep whatsoever. Still haven’t got any response Update June 25th 5:34 pm Still no AC It is now 89 degrees (pictures included) Fahrenheit in this apartment right now. I have called the emergency maintenance line over 20 times and still haven’t got any help. These are not livable conditions. Alexis is one of the leasing agents, honestly I seen so many bad reviews on her and I wish she didn’t live up to them. She is nice at first but then towards the end was pretty rude, maybe she had a bad day so called back the next day to schedule another tour, and to ask some questions and yes she will talk to you like you are stupid. She is honestly a bad look for the complex, they are losing a lot of money over that… so if you wanna live here, you have to be able to tolerate rude management. I figured she wouldn’t be there since there was so many bad reviews. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place. There is apartments for less that are nicer honestly. If the goal is to make the experience better and you want people to come live in your apartments. Maybe find some new leasing managemen

Alexyss and Ken are some of the most kind hearted people I have ever met. After the stress of finding a place to live, Alexyss made it easy to call this place home. They are welcoming, inviting and above all else helpful. They are always collecting my packages and helping me figure out where to find them when they get misplaced. Ken is such a light, and always finds a way to make everyone around him smile. Alexyss out of the kindness of her heart, helped me and my roommate out with acquiring furniture. It was such a blessing and prayer answered and she had no idea at the time. We couldn’t be more grateful for them, and to Kim for always keeping things in order. Could not say enough great things about the staff, management and ofc Manny our maintenance man! Shout out Handy Manny!
