We purchased our Perry home in 2024 and have loved being in Northgrove. Santosh of Perry Homes was amazing. Follow up has been easy and response has been quick. We love all the amenities and being so close to everything. There is great selection of shopping and restaurants. Northgrove is quiet and the grounds are very well kept. I would encourage anyone looking to check out Northgrove and Perry Homes.
