Woodland Park Apartments

I love living at Woodland Park. The management has been excellent. The units are spacious and there are plenty of amenities. The complex is quiet and comfortable and in a convenient location. This is a very weird observation but I swear it makes a huge difference! My last complex only had one dumpster for all the buildings which was a pain because it was always full and I would have to lug my heavy trash bags and cardboard back up to my unit. There are several conveniently located dumpsters at WP. And trash valet service too. 10/10!

We’ve enjoyed living here. We lived here for about 3 years and had very few complaints. Management is helpful and the complex seems decently maintained. Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly and they’re so friendly! I’d recommend

My husband, our daugher and I have been living here for over 2 years, (just signed for out 3 lease) Its been the best place for all three of us. Close to her school and close to my job. Love how everything we need is only a few minutes away.

I’ve loved living at Woodland! The people in the office are so friendly and accommodating. This was my first big girl apartment and it was in a new state so I definitely had a lot of questions and have exchanged a lot of emails with staff, but they have always been so patient and caring. Even the maintenance staff is so sweet and quick! Love it here!

My time at Woodland has been great thus far. We were originally attracted to this complex because of the spacious rooms and rates. When requests are submitted for maintenance they are answered quickly. The maintenance guys do a great job of keeping the outside cleaned up as well. The ladies at the club house are always friendly and helpful. I love the community events and attend monthly for free food and fun (chick-fil-a breakfasts, pizza and prizes on holidays, food trucks, etc.). The apartments are nice (all my guests always compliment the kitchen) and so are the amenities, such as the pool with grills, gym, and outdoor fire pit. Only thing they could improve is the dog park as it is rather small.
