Lonnie was a great home inspector for a purchase for us. He captured some decent pictures. The report he provides is a great web interface to find what you need. It can also be exported to PDF if needed which is great. We met him on site the last half hour of his inspection and he talked us through the things he found. My only feedback would be to, instead of having us on site to just sit and see his phone's pictures and talking us through, would be to physically go to each area to point it out since we drove to the home. Otherwise amazing service and a very nice man who seems honest and straight forward.
