Woodland Park Apartments

This complex has an employee named Mccare and he is just your go to guy ! We needed to move urgently , as I was a little over 7months into my pregnancy and stressing about having to move. He was able to help accommodate my family and our needs . In a timely manner despite some set backs . Making the entire process easier on myself and answering any questions I had in regards to the lease or the complex. I sure wish there were more employees like him ! Working this apartment complex because the complex would just be so much better for it. If this review reaches some one in charge/management I would just like to say : Yall need to give him a raise ! There were quite a few concerns but with the new management company HBG coming in, residing here has definitely improved. Questions are being answered, work orders are being completed and the grounds keeper is amazing as well. Maccrae is also really helpful whenever I stop by the office and also accommodating.

Two stars 1.they love turning off the showers without notice the trash area is always full of the same furniture from last summer they love to make you clear your cars for the parking lot to be plowed and they never show up and when they do show up they do a crap job at it.they also like to pull inspections at 8am but nobodys even in the office till after 9.. like my rent has never been late and I haven't been able to shower in 2 days and got no notice why they shut off my shower.. paying over $1300 for this place really second guessing my lease here..

Great place to live! The staff is very helpful and shows that they care. If you have any maintenance problems they make sure it gets done. If you have kids, all the kids play very well together outside. Restaurants and stores are walking distance. I will refer anyone that’s looking for somewhere to call home to stay in Woodland Park Apartments.

So I have been here for awhile and the new property management (HBG) that we now have has been amazing. Macrrae has been such a breath of fresh air. He listens to your problems and tries his best to go above and beyond to help solve the issues. Very pleased with him in the office.
