Outstanding management staff. The apartment itself was priced at a competitive rate. Lisa was so patient and compassionate towards getting me in and approved it was very nice to have such a genuinely kind and knowledgeable person helping me out.

A few years back I looked at an apartment in the 801 building. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and burnt cigarette butts yuck. Hallways were filthy. Apartment I looked at kinda clean but smelled of cigars. Apartments and buildings outdated stuck in 1983. Rent also high. No thanks 🙂‍↔️

Maintenance man Brian came to fix toilet. Needed a part so came back promptly to complete work. Brian is a nice guy!

Brian, is Very good repair man at my apartment complex. He gets his work orders done as ASAP. Very Friendly and answers questions also.

Donivan, the maintenance guy. Geri, the apartment complex manager. Those two are what makes this place great. Has nothing to do with the company. Also, love the upkeep of cleaning the building. One thing I would like to see changed is the recycling getting picked up more often so it’s not overflowing too often as it is now and that the vehicles in the underground that aren’t moved for over 1 year and counting would be towed. Price for what I pay is good comparatively to how prices are in other cities. I’ve had maybe 2 complaints in about 1.25 years. Overall great area to be. Love the low noise level compared to what I have had in the past.
