Do not trust this company. I notified them about my move two months in advance, exactly as required by the contract, yet they still charged me for the following month and even threatened me with court. For three months I was asking for a copy of the contract and couldn’t get it. They are completely unprofessional and dishonest. Avoid this company at all costs.

I love Woodland Manor! I moved here 2 years ago when I was 8 months pregnant with my first baby. Since then my husband and I had our second baby, and we’re hoping to renew the lease one more time. Everything about being here has been pleasant. If there’s an issue I just log into the resident portal and submit a request for maintenance, it’s usually resolved within a week. If I need anything I just send an email through the resident portal and it’s usually responded to that day. Woodland Manor has multiple different ways you can pay your rent but I wouldn't recommend paying through the resident portal because there’s a $42 convenience fee if you pay that way. The staff is always friendly and responsive, whether it’s for maintenance requests or general inquiries. They make sure that residents feel valued and cared for. I love how easy it is to get in touch with them, and they always address concerns promptly.

Landlord doesn't fix basic needs in a timely manner. Wont fix a/c before the end of labour day weekend hottest time of year. Its 85 in our appartment. I have work at 7am and it is to hot to sleep. I've heard from other tenets this is an issue as well. Ridiculous. Update: they are kicking us out
