Absolutely the worst experience! One star is too much. Absolutely the worst at communicating.We sent the closing statements 2 months prior to close and they waited till he last minute to work on them! Karen acted like she was doing us a favor! She acted like it was an inconvenience to talk to us. She sent us 6 different closing statements and could never get them right!

The closing seemed to go very well, until almost a year later and I still hadn't got my title from a cash sale! All I kept hearing was "we're working on it". I made a call to the original lender, and "magically" the title showed up!! Now, a year later, I find out there are back taxes due on the home! Pretty sure all these problems are their job to avoid in the first place! Will not under any circumstances use them again!!

These folks were terrific for my closing! They had drinks and snacks and a very professional office. They answered all questions very well and made us feel very comfortable. I would use them again when I need it for sure.
