Woodland Landings

I have lived at Woodland Landings for about 12 years now and have stayed for the spacious unit and excellent management. Especially the team that has been in place for about the last 4 years. I have received excellent service any time that I have had a question or a request. The maintenance of the individual units is always eager, prompt, thorough and professional. Important annual safety inspections of Fire/Smoke Alarms are carried out without fail, which gives me great peace of mind. The property itself is meticulously manicured. Even the many existing trees are pruned properly every year, which is rare in most communities. The pool area is always very clean and the water crystal. I’ve lived here for 5 years and I cannot say enough about the staff especially Jennifer. I worked at the hospital and crazy hours and she always has helped accommodate me whether it be with a maintenance issue or other tenants everything is handled with courtesy and respect. You will not find that anywhere else. Jennifer has had alot to clean up from prior management and she is handling it. I was not always pleasant because of being overly worked and she was so kind and it calmed me. She’s a very special. My apartment was always clean. The rooms are large and maintenance handles things very quick. The guys are just wonderful. Jennifer, thank you so much for all that you do that you don’t have to do. Moved into Woodland Landings in August and have loved living here! It is very peaceful and have wonderful neighbors who are not loud at night. The application process was easy and quick. The amenities are great. We haven’t used the pool yet, only the gym and dog park. Our puppy loves the dog park and it is nice having an enclosed space for him to run around in. The gym is nice and fresh while working out. I would definitely recommend these apartments. The amount of space is excellent and the balcony storage is a great surprise.

They’ll take almost 2 weeks to approve your application, during this time they will give you the run around and tell you things like they are “waiting to hear back” from past rental places, which if you call your past rental place, they’ll tell you they have NO record of them inquiring. If you try to speak with management for any info on status (since they have your money and have essentially left you in the dark with no communication) , they become very irritated, defensive, and unprofessional. If you filter out one star reviews, you will see this is common practice for them and basically a means of collecting application fees and hoping you get tired enough to walk away. I recently moved in a couple months ago and couldn’t be happier!!! Everyone is sooo friendly and nice - the Office management, the maintenance men and the surrounding neighbors I have met. Such a great community to be apart of ❤️
