Woodland Heights Apartments

This is one of the worst places to live in or perhaps there are others even worse. If you have a problem in your apartment, wait for it to be resolved for at least a month. Sometimes they don't do it, saving you the headache of going to the office. and they give you bad attention with a terrible attitude "if there were negative stars I would mark them all"

NEVER!!!!!!!! Move into this , place it’s a nightmare leaving here .... Nothing gets fixed, none one cares . No one wants to be responsible and accountable for any problem or anything that has to do with the people that we leave here . Trash is everywhere, my refrigerator drawers are been broken since I move here , by 6 months ago. And I’m here in sitting in my truck, cause my A/C it hasn’t been working since last night, I tried to call , the office to see if someone can come out to fix it , but again NO ! Answer... SO , plz don’t move here , I know it’s hard out there to find a place to were are kids can leave better and for us parents a peace of mind.

0 stars. I believe it was the assistant manager who publicly fought with me when I went in to sign a lease about not having a mask on (in may 2023) as she and all her staff didn’t have masks on. And when asked about it she replied “well I’m not even supposed to be out here.” But yet she was. Needless to say I did NOT sign there and would not recommend anyone else to do so.

This place is in humane all apartments are infested with cockroaches. And if your apartment doesn’t there well most likely be rats. Also the apartment floors and walls are very thin so the smell and noises from other complex just seeps in. There are tons of stray cat in the area. This area is not safe for children. There are always beer bottles in the park.

Please find better matience people to keep up with the property it looks to nasty and trashy, every time I go through there there's trash flowing out of the dumpsters it's disgusting! I know yall recently paved the parking lot which I was happy but now it looks ugly again, I wish it would stay nice smh. Please clean up the property.
