I love living here! Management and maintenance are great! I know a lot of the reviews are old and are not accurate. Someone said the staff watch tenants and have cameras in trees, this is just not true. The office is super nice and organized. They hold resident events for us! Maintenance will come address any issues immediately. I love the property, its clean and secluded in the woods. We have laundry on site, garden beds and a large playground! My neighbors are all great too. For affordable housing you cant beat the location and property, theres a reason why people dont leave.

The email I got on the wait list says “ This is low-income affordable housing, and we do have to go in the order of applications we received on out wait list. Please respond to this email if you are interested. The income limits are as follows: 1 Occupants: $53,940 2 Occupants: $61,680 3 Occupants : $69,360 4 Occupants: $77,040 In order to qualify, you would need to make about 3x the rent for gross income. The rent is $1577 and you would need to have a deposit ready along with first months rent. Please note the I am sending this email to several people on the waiting list. Would give 0 stars if I could. With new management came a new sense of dictatorship from the front office. The maintenance man will sit in his big black truck off to the side of the road to watch what tenants are doing. There are cameras within the trees, and when you speak up about something you somehow violated the lease. They will do anything and everything to get money out of you, and make you miserable.

I lived there met some good people but as far as some of the others where do I start??? I was living there 8 yrs ago for 6 yrs. I got kicked out because I was very outspoken and not afraid to make a point. How sad it was to be so demeaning to live like a sober person and have to see people drugged out or drunk. Pathetic. The maintenance when I was there wasn't ya well good luck. The office ummm opened when? There's also a handicap apartment only used by one person yup with ya 4 possible bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My pov get a 2 bedroom seriously 🙄.. well good luck people with this place.

To start would to never finish upon moving here in 2020 I felt that it woould come to be place of residence I could finally find peace in. However after quickly observing their methods of taking care of tenants is very familiar with slum lord behavior. Amber Vargen, Steven Grant, Patricia Garretson. As I moved in there were immediate issues. I voiced my concerns over the term of time living there. For two years there was no resolution. The children are out past the noise ordinance and also roaming behind the complex. There is a inebriated female who walks the grounds drunken. There is a iminent danger being chidren do live there. From 2020-2022 I filed several complaints from the noise that would start at 8pm-2am Steven Grant allowed this given his relationship with the tenants family. I w
