I can’t express how wonderful Zach and Peter have been so far and I haven’t even moved in yet. I had so many questions that Zach answered or called me back with answers. From pets to their EV charging stations. Then when I called with more questions Peter answered them. After I applied for an apartment Peter called me back almost immediately to talk about pricing and apartments. He convinced me to do a virtual tour, which I am so glad he did! I not only changed my move in date, I completely changed the building and apartment I applied for. I would have been so unhappy with the original apartment I applied for. Peter walked to each building and apartment, in the cold and snow, just to show me around. If this is how much care they take with applicants, I can’t even imagine how wonderful it

Blatant bait and switch pricing! Multiple 1 Bed units shown on Zillow at under $2k/mo with a 6 month lease. After a phone call with leasing agent Peter, I was informed that units actually start at $2300-2400 per month, and 6 month terms are usually not available, require special approval from upper management and carry a 20% premium. Therefore, the units clearly advertised on Zillow at $1954/mo for 6 months would actually be $2760 or more, if the 6 month term was approved at all.

I haven’t met many residents yet but the staff has been very welcoming and easy to talk to. The apartments are modern and well thought out. Any issues we’ve had maintenance is quick to fix! Looking forward to enjoying the outdoor amenities this summer!

I absolutely love living here!! The location is amazing everything is less than 10 minutes away! If you do have a problem maintenance responds incredibly fast. Everyone is so polite and kind. Patty and Kyle in the front office are so welcoming and willing to accommodate you in anyway they can. Just every aspect of living here has blown me away!

Great location and solid alternative to expensive downtown Portsmouth NH rentals. This place has a pool, great gym and new apartments with nice fit and finishes. I am moving here Jan 2024.
