Management is unhelpful and super unresponsive. God forbid you have a terrible neighbor(s), they will just allow them to bully you. [Most of] the ladies at the leasing office are just rude and unhelpful. They never seem to know anything. I understand if they don't have an answer for something but there is no need to be rude just because you don't know how to help. Maintenance takes months or even years to ever get anything done, sometimes it feels like they just hope you'll give up. Something the leasing office also has in common; telling you they'll do something but not caring enough to get it done and hoping you'll just let it go. This place molds easily. There are roaches in every crack possible. Rodents inside of the home and in the walls so there is no escaping them (they won't do any

I cannot say anything good at this point. The maintenance team makes promises never follow through. Also, repairs are temporal the issues almost always resurfaces. Now with the last major issue structural damages and hidden leaks determined by water stains and cracks and multiple workorders with picture proof. No one has com to assess the damages. Disheartening to say the least.

We love this apartment! It is very quiets and the trees keep the place cool. The girls in the office are very nice and welcoming.

I can't complain too much about it, because they are very attentive to complaints, respectful and responsible in the office, more precisely Destiny always willing to listen and help, but they need to put a little more effort into maintenance because they promised to fix a few things for me since July but still not. Other than that good job
