Woodhill Apartments

I I've lived in these apartments since 2021, one of the things I like the most is the maintenance staff. They are respectful, responsible, and when I request any kind of help or repair, they always do it quickly and very efficiently. At the office, the staff is always very polite, They send communication with a lot of respectful.This company knows how to choose their customer service staff. I like that. They all work together to keep the apartments and common areas clean. The building, where I live is very quiet. But I must emphasize, that for me personal opinion, the maintenance staff is the best here, I say that from my own experience.

Update….Jordan and Kyle are now mgt and their just as impressive…they go over and beyond to make certain they assist in every way possible…Helene did a lot of damage in our area however when u have a dream team like these two…bouncing back was what they were born to do….As a resident in Augusta ga for over two decades the mgt in Woodhill Kaleigh Henricks and Sahdhurst can be deemed nothing less than remarkable. As a driver I dropped off a very happy and informative tenant that suggested I apply. Therefore I inquired over the phone in reference to vacancies and was welcomed to come in and have a face-to-face conversation. Never have I ever been made to feel instantly right at home. These ladies not only listened but did everything within their power to assist me in becoming a resident. Well

Shout out to WoodHill Apartments!! For all the positivity they have embraced in the WoodHill’s community during these tough times from Jordin the (property manager) and Kyle(Assistant) throwing Pizza Parties,Trunk or Treat Events and Even Canned Food Toy Drive; to Brian(Maint Super) & Ben(Assistant)on speedy responses to our maintenance request and ensuring the community is ready for the inclement weather. We see yall and appreciate yall very much!!!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Kyle in the rental office at Woodhill Apartments for his incredible work recently! Kyle truly went above and beyond! - Attentive: He didn’t miss a single detail and made sure every need was met. -Engaging: His positive energy made my entire process seamless and enjoyable. -A Professional: Truly a pleasure to work with and a massive asset to the Woodhill community. Horrible. Roaches in apartment. Neighbors blast music all night and smoke weed in the stairwell and hangout in the foyer all day. Couldn’t use my patio the entire year i was there because the upstairs neighbor had a large dog urinating and defacating all over the patio above mine, took the property managers nearly a month to pressure wash it and my patio still reeks of pet waste ( the dog still uses the bathroom on the patio, even after numerous complaints). I had to throw out everything on the patio because it was a bio hazard. Bathroom upstairs also leaked into my property every time they flushed the toilet. It was fixed but still disgusting. Horrible year here.
