My husband and I just bought our first home, and after a terrible experience with a different lender, we were referred to First Choice Mortgage. From the very beginning, Dirk, Janet, and Tara went above and beyond to help us in this process. They were kind, supportive, and treated us like family. Dirk even brought his dog, the office mascot, Gus, to our closing for moral support. They stayed on top of everything and communicated with us consistently, making sure we were informed every step of the way. They also took time to educate us, explaining even the simplest parts of home buying, what a loan is, etc. If anyone is looking for a lender that cares and gets the job done, you have found them. I cannot recommend this team enough.
