Woodfield Gardens Apartments

I've lived at Woodfield Gardens for about 2-3 years now. I've been a well behaved tenant throughout my time here, paying on time, not disturbing the peace, etc. and I am currently very disappointed with the state of my apartment Over the years I've endured what is considered valued at $1,000/month which includes a consistent invasion of roaches into my home, a property management team with zero accountability, and appliances that barely function. A while back my apartment flooded around midnight, so I called the emergency plumbing line provided in the office voice mail for assistance. When they picked up they told me they no longer service this location. The property manager has failed to find a replacement for this and is still the number in place for any emergency plumbing needs after

I have lived here since August 2022. And since then, my shower has not been fixed. The oven is falling apart. I've gotten burns from my shower. My cabinets don't close properly and I've sent multiple emails, calls and maintenance requests. Everyone in the front office does not seem to care even though I call multiple times. Do yourself a favor and rent from a better place. I am absolutely exhausted with how unhelpful this place is to its tenants.

The office staff seems to always meet you with a smile as they greet you with a heartfelt hello. Loretta and Norma are always warm and welcoming and they never fail too ask if there's anything that they can do to make your stay here more enjoyable. I placed a work order via the website for maintenance and within a couple of days every request was completed by the maintenance guys. They left the apartment debris free and just as clean as I left it the day before.

I have lived here in the apartments for 8 months and each I have made a maintenance request it has been completed in a timely manner, and Rebecca is always helpful and friendly and professional, she makes sure that any concerns I have are heard and handled appropriately. I feel like she cares about her residents and our concerns.

They have roaches left a bowl out that was empty and this is a lot and they don’t fix anything! They stay getting new management and can’t keep them! They overcharge for a 2 bdr 1bath apartment! They are not worth your money! They have mold and don’t even remove it properly they just cover it up with paint! They send out notices late! They just not on top of their job! I was living here for 3years I just up and left because they weren’t trying to fix the problem. I’ll never refer them to anyone their customer service is terrible!
